Nationally accredited by the Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission (CARF), Gulf Coast Jewish Family & Community Services has 600 full and part-time employees providing services in 32 counties. We have offices in Pinellas, Pasco, Hillsborough, Polk, Sarasota, Lee, Alachua, Volusia, Orange, Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade Counties. Publicly supported programs are organized under the agency's Gulf Coast Community Care division, while services to Pinellas County's Jewish population are under the agency's Jewish Family Services division.


We seek a dedicated and experienced Administrative Assistant to work part time 25 hours per week providing administrative support to our Refugee Medical Recertification Program staff located in Miami.

Skills / Requirements

Must have excellent computer, typing, organizational communication and multi-tasking skills. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingual (Spanish- English) strongly preferred. High school diploma with a minimum of 1-2 years experience as Administrative Assistant.
