Welcomes all residents, guests, and vendors to the community. Tactfully handles residents' questions, including problem resolution. Arranges resident transportation on a regular basis and monitors emergency response system. Receives and directs all incloming calls. Maintains registration books for all visitors, including vendors. Receives and disributes mail and packages.
Skills / Requirements
Excellent communication skills, engergetic, friendly organized. Able to deal with stress and act responsibily in an emergency situation. Must enjoy working with seniors. Training in CPR and emergency first aid is a definite plus. Honest, dependable, and trustworthy.
