ABOUT OUR CLIENT:
Our client has successfully operated their businesses for fifteen years in South Florida.
With over fifteen years of experience in the apparel, distribution and transportation industries, the group has been developed to help service all of their customer’s fulfillment and distribution needs.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Talks with (English and Spanish) speaking customers by phone or in person.
• Distribution and Fulfillment experience, a plus
• Supervise small scale accounts
• Deliver Customer expectation
• Fills out contract forms, determines charges for service requested, communicates changes with accounts and ensures orders and changes are executed.
• Solicits sale of new or additional services.
• Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation. • Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
• Approaches others in a tactful manner; Reacts well under pressure; Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position; Accepts responsibility for own actions; Follows through on commitments.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

SALARY: $11.00 - $15.00/ hour

QUALIFICATIONS:
Ideal candidate will have distribution industry experience. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience. Bilingual Spanish/English. Strong communication skills and prior administration/customer service background.
