This is an experienced level Account Manager with primary focus on acquiring new law firm clients, cross-sell of existing law firm client relationships, and maintaining an active referral network within the legal community.

• Initiates contacts, assesses requirements, and customizes the array of products and services for law firms and legal professionals.
• Responsible for the management and servicing of the client relationship, and for the growth and profitability of relationships in the unit.
• Proactively advises and consults with clients to enhance the clients’ experience with the organization, and maximize return from the client.
• Responsible for analyzing clients' needs and then making appropriate recommendations. This is an experienced level Account Manager whose clients expect their account manager to provide high quality and accurate legal information and personal service.
• Participate and attend law firm industry events to promote CMAC as the premier provider of Legal Support Services to the legal services industry.

Skills / Requirements
Requires a minimum of 6 years direct work experience in a lending or legal environment with significant experience developing legal clients preferred. Competent knowledge of Residential Lending guidelines, federal and state regulations. Strong sales and service orientation.

• Ability to identify client needs and match to legal services offered and develops relationships.
• Ability to prospect, anticipate needs and close sales; negotiate fair service/pricing; communicate effectively with clients of varying levels of business and financial sophistication.
• Ability to work with teams and as a team member to identify unique opportunities in individual market areas.
