We are currently seeking a Front Desk Supervisor!

Duties include:

Monitor front desk staff

Manage and be accountable for all guest issues at front desk.

Complete Cash Handling responsibilities.

Be a role model for the front office staff.

Stay focused on creating the best possible experience for all customers.

Attend all meetings and complete all training programs that are offered.

Become completely familiar with all Resort facilities, activities, daily and weekly events as well as promoting them to our guests.

Become knowledgeable of the local area - shops, restaurants, and attractions. Be able to give proper directions.

Follow all cash handling and accounting procedures

PRIOR HOTEL FRONT DESK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Ability to work a flexible schedule AM-PM shifts including weekend and Holidays

High School diploma or GED equivalent

Ability to interact with associates and guests

Professional demeanor

Excellent communication and organization skills

Ability to perform multiple tasks and functions well under pressure

Excellent decision making skills

Detail oriented
