The Mortgage Loan Processor I/Opener reviews all new loans received for compliance and quality, and prepares the residential lending loan application file to be submitted for further processing.

Skills / Requirements

• This candidate will have 1 – 3 years of related experience in banking, finance, or Real Estate Loan Processing and Customer Service. 

• Knowledge of Residential loans, financial products, and related Federal regulations.

• Working knowledge of bank lending policies and guidelines, bank compliance, and related Residential disclosures.

• Knowledge of Interlinq LOS system or similar product

• Bilingual in both English and Spanish preferred

• PC proficient in Microsoft Office
