Job Description

 QUALIFICATIONS 

Essential:  

  1. Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language. 
  2. Must know ACT- Act is a customer relationship management (CRM) software application 
  3. Experience in Guest Service or similar experience. 
  4. Positive demeanor. 
  5. Commitment to spa needs, colleagues, and guests. 
  6. Provide legible communication and direction. 
  7. Compute basic mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers) 
  8. Computer literate and experience.  
  9. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.  
  10. Must be self-motivated. 
  11. Must be flexible and able to work efficiently under pressure. 
  12. Must work in a safe, prudent and organized manner. 
  13. Some college or training in Hospitality Industry. 
  14. Previous experience as Receptionist. 
  15. Previous cashiering experience. 
  16. Fluency in a foreign language, preferably Spanish/Russian/Portuguese.  
  17. Ability to:  
    1. Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy. 
    2. Prioritize, organize and follow-up 
    3. Be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment. 
    4. Follow directions thoroughly 
    5. Understand guest service needs 
    6. Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team 
    7. Work with minimal supervision 
    8. Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data
