Job Summary
• Responsible for initiating and developing construction document drawings through completion for assigned projects in conformance with the requirements, applicable codes, and design criteria established by the project’s discipline leaders.
• Under direct supervision, may complete design assignments of limited to moderate complexity.
• Limited familiarity with codes, permits, and software applications related to the discipline.
• Introduced to the process of preparing designs and drawings using project specifications and discipline-associated written and verbal instructions in accordance with established design practices, standards and procedures.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of the purpose and use of vendor documents.

Minimum Requirements
  • Professional Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture (accredited by the National Architectural Accrediting Board)
  • 5-8+ years in working with licensed architects to deliver interior design projects
  • Experience working on themed entertainment, sports, or hospitality projects
  • AutoCAD Proficient
  • Revit Proficient

Preferred Qualifications
  • Registered Interior Designer, State of Florida
  • Skilled in 3D Modeling Software
  • Experience with Adobe Suites
