About this opportunity:
Albion's Staffing Division has a client that is currently seeking to hire a Executive Legal Administrative Assistant to work at a CPA firm located at the Coral Gables, FL area. Responsible for providing executive support to Corporate Partner in the firm. 

Responsibilities:

  • Composes and/or edits correspondence, reports and other documents.
  • Strong calendar management.
  • Coordinates and schedules meetings
  • Coordinate and schedules various departmental tasks and activities.
  • Assists with special projects.
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
  • Well organized and flexible with the ability to multi-task.
  • Proactive and able to react to changing priorities.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years legal experience as a legal Executive Administrative Assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Word.
  • A friendly personality and strong interpersonal skills.
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
