Job Description

Examples of Duties (includes but is not limited to the following):

  • Develop a strategic website plan with clear KPI goals and benchmarks

    Generate monthly reports across all platforms; provide insight and direction based on current pacing

    Optimize website, blog and social media channels for SEO as well as usability

    Manage website layout, content updates and provide insight on strategies to enhance traffic

    Manage digital agency relationship and be the day to day contact for all digital initiatives

    Oversee SEM and digital media buys and ensure KPI’s are on tract

    Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures for CRM communication

    Develop plan to increase CRM and develop segmentation strategies

    Work closely with App provider to enhance consumer journey;

    Stay ahead of the latest mobile technology and can spot trends. Understand the latest techniques for responsive web design and know when Google will adjust their search algorithms toward a mobile-first strategy – and respond appropriately.

    Optimize in-mall WIFI platform; develop content calendar; generate reports

    Communicate with internal key departments to optimize client’s deliverables

     

    Digital Marketing Manager skills

    Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required

    5 years’ experience in B2C digital marketing and advertising

    Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices

    Demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation and SEO, SEM

    Experienced in digital media buying

    Knowledge of HTML and CSS

    Experience with WordPress, Adobe, InDesign

    Google Analytic certification
