- Minimum 2 years of “Chef de cuisine” experience
- Accreditation from a recognized culinary school
- Fine dining experience a definite asset
- Hands on management
- Strong leader and trainer
- Modern presentation and cooking techniques
- Enthusiastic team player with an outgoing personality who is very guest driven
- Confident in guest interaction and experienced in problem handling
- International cooking skills and out of the box thinking
- Demonstrate real passion for menu planning and leadership
- Vietnamese and English speaking
