What you will need to accomplish in the role: 
  • Participate in the development of company’s strategy & policy related to pricing, product line up, credit terms, Execution standards, stock holding etc, with Head of Traditional Trade
  • Provide ongoing coaching to all Authorized Dealer Managers/ Key Account Manager – On Trade within the Region and ensure they are properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives
  • Work along with RTC manager to develop infrastructure required for distributor/ sales growth opportunities within the Region as per market needs to the Sales & Distribution Director
  • Develop strong relationship with key accounts / sub-wholesales within the Region, this will include coordinating with the Authorized Dealer Manager on all call coverage & customer wiring
What you need to bring to the table:  
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years’ working experience especially in field sales (experience in either beverage/ food/ FMCG is an advantage)
  • Strong authorized dealer management skills, commercial selling skills, negotiation & commercial problem solving.
  • Having proven success in managing field sales or dealer and significant experience across multiple retail channels (i.e traditional trade, on & off trade, distributor model and modern trade)
  • Strong and broad track record in Commercial with experience of leading strategic planning with customers and P&L accountability.
  • Have experiences to manage distributor or authorized dealer model
  • Good command in English and MS Office
  • Able to travel often and work flexible time
