Job Description

Position Summary: This senior management position is solely responsible for the overall well-being of the company utilizing proven skills and acquired business sense.


Essential Functions:

  • Partners with members of the executive management and regional teams in enhancing performance in all levels of associates
  • Provides strong leadership to regional team in order to drive the company’s overall strategy, mission and Core values
  • Focuses energy on business trends to align HRA to be competitive in today’s market
  • Participates in the recruitment and interview process for all regional and senior management as needed
  • Collaborate with the VP, HR to develop and implement career mapping and management training and development
  • Works closely with CFO to maintain the budgetary state of the company and makes tough business decisions when necessary to sustain company well-being
  • Builds relationships and establishes credibility throughout the executive, senior and regional team in order to be an effective listener and problem solver when necessary
  • Leads by example. Encourages teamwork. Promotes company philosophy and provides ongoing coaching when necessary
  • Exhibits HRA CORE Values through servant leadership

Non-Essential Functions:

Educational Requirements:

  • Requires a Master’s degree or above in the field of Business Management
  • Must be well organized and self-directed who is “politically savvy” and a team player
  • Management experience required
  • Strong leadership skills with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in supervising and management
  • One to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook software. Midlevel typing skills required
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management, associates, residents, family members, and outside contacts
  • Able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, etc. Able to manage revenue and expense budget
  • Knowledge of current Federal and State laws pertaining to IL, AL, MC, SNF communities respectively
  • Able to make independent decisions
