Job Description

Job Summary

SproutLoud's Account Managers are critical team members in supporting small to medium size business owners with the use of the SproutLoud application and it's services. Account Managers primarily focus on providing marketing support and expertise as it relates to digital marketing tactics. Account Managers will also provide product support on the platform. Once Partners are engaged with the SproutLoud platform and it's products, Account Managers are assigned to build the relationship and focus on retention of those programs. That said, AMs will be expected to review digital marketing performance reports and provide insights into the programs the Partner is participating in. Account Managers are also responsible for overall Partner satisfaction with our product and ensuring Partners have full knowledge of their available programs and marketing tactics.

Challenges

  • Responsible for day-to-day client interaction with our accounts in helping them use the SproutLoud platform as well assist with marketing needs
  • Become fully educated and continue education upkeep on SproutLoud technology; develop application proficiency; develop strong understanding of Digital Products, Funds & Payments, Media Buy process and Marketing Programs
  • Responsible for assisting clients with placing orders, opting into automated programs, and troubleshooting technical issues. Perform quarterly business reviews with accounts to review performance of Digital Programs
  • Follow process when working in Zendesk and proper categorization of tickets, follow up and follow through on requests
  • Keep Harvest timer up to date and accurately reflect time spent on Zendesk
  • Communicate to team members, Team Leads, Manager and Client Relationship Managers on impediments and features needed by clients
  • Stay on par with Department KPIs
  • Display a strong command of all SproutLoud’s Core Values 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong customer service skills including exceptional oral and written communication skills; Fluent in English
  • Great personality which carries over through written and verbal communication 
  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve 
  • Have the desire to help solve problems and push through impediments using creativity and resourcefulness
  • Confidently speak through customer objections 
  • Develop strong understanding of account needs, exceptions, and be able to develop strong relationships with business owners 
  • Ability to adapt and respond to customer and market needs 
  • Ability to learn new technologies, software and processes quickly
  • Strong organization skills 
  • Ability to assist small business owners with enrolling into programs, placing orders troubleshooting SproutLoud application issues, and understanding local marketing goals 
  • Team player

Not required, but a plus:

  • Strong sales skills 
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tactics
  • Ability to grasp and understand marketing concepts
