Description: We are a 26-year-old Florida staffing company looking to hire an entry level professional to become our Account Manager in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We’re looking for an ambitious individual who wants to grow professionally and is ready to put the time to study, learn and practice the optimal means to achieve a clear mission. Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage and maintain assigned accounts, while developing them further and increasing profit;
• Conduct regular calls, email communication and visits to our Clients (CIOs, Project Managers, Hiring Managers, Purchasing Agents, etc. within IT Department in the private and government sectors where we can provide candidates to fill temporary as well as full-time jobs);
• Attend networking events to identify potential business opportunities and develop network relationships with local businesses and candidates;
• Keep track of progress with each Vitaver client in the CRM tool we provide (Salesforce.com) on daily basis;
• Communicate with Hiring Managers throughout the recruiting and hiring process to ensure their needs are being fulfilled in a timely manner and insure the high quality of our services;
• Effectively communicate and cooperate with our Recruiting Department;
• Meet and exceed Vitaver effort and productivity goals.

Requirements:
  • Ability to set and achieve goals, ambition to exceed own expectations;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Superior organizational and interpersonal skills;
  • Persistence and determination to succeed;
  • Ability to learn in fast-pace environment;
  • Ability to dedicate 90% of time visiting prospects and clients;
  • Personal transportation with a valid driver’s license.
  • Experience in a technical field – IT services, hardware, software, telecom, etc. (preferred)
